Abstract Conditions of the construction sector in Indonesia is facing a challenge and meet some conditions in the form of a construction project: the twisted economic growth through investment growth and an increase in funding construction projects; resources remain while and not followed by the addition; bureaucratic reform has not gone up since the reform; and characteristics (nature) that the construction sector (dynamic, complex, fragmented, temporal).
